"Dropped my car off here for an oil change, tire rotation and brake check. Received a call with a quote and confirmed the quote. Got a call back a few hours later that the original quote was incorrect and would be an additional $150 because of an incorrect labor quote. John admitted he was at fault and offered to comp it. May be better for employees to slow down and confirm quotes before telling them to the customer. We agreed to still do the work. When asked about turn around time, I explained I needed my car to get home that day but wasn't pressed for any time before they closed since I worked nearby. Also offered to drop it back off a different day if they needed more time. He agreed they'd be able to finish it that day. Never heard back from them, tried to call before they closed but got no answer. Stopped by the shop about 6:15pm and they were closed up and gone for the night. Went by in the morning to inquire as to why I was never called to be told work wasn't finished or it was ready to be picked up. Response was they forgot... Paid for my rides back and forth and offered a free oil change but not sure I will be returning to this location. Seems like there's some lack of attention and communication between the staff."

"Great customer service, we chose this place because it was close to the dealership we were car shopping. Took a car to get it checked out before purchasing it. We were given about an hour wait, which they got us in as quickly as possible which I appreciated. When they were done, they gave us an in depth run down of the car and what we needed to be sure of before we purchased the vehicle. The waiting room was clean and not too cold or hot. The seats were comfortable and the folks in the office were polite. I do not live in this area of town, but if I did, I would definitely be back. Great auto shop."
