Since 1994, our professionals have been providing exceptional and reasonably priced service to families across Harford County. First Choice Automotive is home to a 12,500-square foot, full-service facility, which includes 22 repair stalls, 13 vehicle lifts, and an indoor reconditioning center that allows for year-round detailing. We offer free towing with any repairs or maintenance service.

"Really great shop. The guy behind the desk is super helpful and has made working with open bay a breeze. Once I over paid on openbay and he processed the refund. Unfortunately their waiting area is dark, cold and the seats are uncomfortable, but they have given me a lift home while I waited before! Not sure if this is a company policy or a once in a while kind of thing. "

We brought our Jeep to First Choice on the recommendation of our son-in-law, who once worked there. First visit: excellent! So we returned for the next service needed: again, excellent. Then, we bought a new car and needed to get it inspected as well as having other things repaired. Again: excellent.
So today, we had the Jeep back there for routine maintenance and Ben, who has been such a friendly, helpful representative of the First Choice Automotive Team on each & every visit, worked us into the busy schedule today and we are back on the road, with both of our vehicles very well maintained.
