"Update.,after my oil change the mechanic failed to replace or tighten the aluminum tray under my engine where the oil filter is accessed. It fell to the pavement at highway speed and ground on the pavement. On a 95 degree day I had to climb under my car on the freeway to zip tie the bent pan under the car. I'd been using this service center for 3 years. Formerly I gave them a 5 star review. I just paid nearly $270 for an automatic transmission service. That's more than the Honda dealership charges. They also charged nearly $60 for an oil change. Again more than the dealer charges. The mechanic didn't even reset the oil change code. Talk about lazy and unprofessional. If the mechanic is willing to take this shortcut on something immediately noticeable, they'll do it on things you won't notice. Clearly they have hired an unskilled mechanic and he's working without supervision. I'll be doing my own fluid changes in the future from this point on. It's gone from reasonable prices to abusive."

"Used to be a loyal customer of das garage. Recently Andy left and quality of service dropped immensely. Stopped in today to Express auto with no appointment and was able to get my wife's car serviced as well as my car state inspected in about 2 hours. Everyone at this location, starting with Vicki were amazing. I will continue to make Express Auto my go to shop for all my auto needs. Highly recommended."

"We were on a trip back to Florida when I had an electrical issue in the ignition. I was able to get to a pet friendly hotel. I called express auto service. They were so nice as well as helpful. They said to have it towed to them. By noon the next day they had me on the road. It was very reasonable and fast. I recommend them to any one."

Always helpful, when something is wrong with our car instead of fixing it and charging us for it, they talk to you 1st and give you cheaper option, of you decide to go through them then they will get right on it, if you decide to go another route they are OK with that too. They are honest and really care about helping even thrown in a few freebies for us over our years of going to them. Keep in mind parts and labor are going to cost no matter where you go but the service, hospitality, caring nature, and personalized service they offer you can't get everywhere (to me a few more dollars to know you will be treated with the utmost care and honesty, is well worth it)"

"*GO HERE, TRUST ME!* On my 3 hr trip from MD to Va visiting home, I decided to stop & get my car inspection out of the way. I cannot tell you enough how impressed I was with this business! They are sweet & kind, do state inspections on the weekends...I was in & out in 10-15 minutes. They even have a garden area to wait, as well as inside & several other places. I will continue to come here in the future, & I live an hour & 1/2 away! They are so warm, friendly & no hassle. You can't beat the service & the price. They are more than worth it!!!
