"Don't trust this place, especially not a word from the devious front-desk person named Brian. He will tell you "all we offer over our competitor is our honesty" and then the moment you leave your car with him he will squeeze every extra dollar he could possibly get from you. I was told to have a fuel induction+air flow sensor change and Brian intentionally left out the fact that the shop is offering discounts for the service I had worth $100. Worse, he started mocking me in front of the other customers for my inexperience as a college student a day after I found out what he did. I would not recommend this place. Update (because the reply questioned, I quote, "and oh by the way, where can you find $100 coupon anywhere on our website?"): the $100 discount (I didn't receive) includes 50 off 500+ service and 50 off fuel induction service. Update 2: Just a week after, the check engine light went back on again. What can I say about this place :("

"I cannot recommend Eric's Car Care. I took my car there due to it shaking while I was driving. They told me my front driver's side tire needed replacing. After they replaced the tire, the shaking got a little bit better, but the car was still very noticeably shaking. So I took the car back to Eric's again. This time they replaced my front passenger's side tire. Again, the shaking got a little bit better, but still definitely there. At this point I wasn't about to bring it back a third time, only to leave and have my car continue to shake. So I brought it to a different mechanic (Midtown Agean Auto...I don't mind advertising them here as they did a great job at a very fair price). They were amazed that I had previously brought it to a mechanic who completely ignored the fact that I had a rear wheel that badly needed replacing, and who also only replaced one tire at a time, leaving different wear on my tires and making them vulnerable to wearing out faster. The folks at Midtown Agean Auto also made sure that they solved the problem after replacing both of my rear tires by test driving on the highway...something Eric's clearly did not do."

"Nicer people. Work is average. Some things were left off of car once, but the management is nice. A little high in price not to always give excellent service, but management remembers you and always greets you."

"Fantastic customer service. I am new to Texas and needed some work done on my aging Camry to pass the state inspection. Sam did a great job of keeping me informed about the work they were doing and clearly explained why they had to do what they had to do. When the part they initially ordered for my car didn't fit (requiring them to order a more expensive one from the dealer), he took the time to show me the parts up close so I could see the difference between the stock and aftermarket versions. They also were happy to give me a ride home when they determined they needed more time to get the work done. I will definitely be going back!"
