Every time I go in to get any work done, even as small as an oil change, I am given a full check-up status on the car. I am never pressured and they always take time to explain to me exactly what is the status of my car when I don’t understand. This is a a trustworthy shop to get car maintenance done."

"Customers Beware! Stay away from Eagle Auto as they will SCAM you for a lot of money or even try to take your car for very little money. I had my Lexus IS250 towed to this shop for overheating. They called me at the end of the day, and told me that the car doesn't start and my radiator is cracked. Also the engine is probably no good now and they need to do a compression test to confirm. The next day they told me there is no compression and I need a new engine. I wanted to get a second opinion, so I told them I will get it towed to another location. A few minutes later the manager called and asked me if I would sell the car as she knows a lady who will buy it for $300. So I had another mechanic check my car and it was determined that a sensor was detached so the car would not start (so he reattached it and the car started), the radiator was fine except missing the cap (he filled the radiator and attached the cap), and the 10 millimeter screws were not touched so no compression test was done (the Engine was fine!) My car is working fine!"
