"I have used Driver's Auto Repair in the past to get my State Inspection and it has been quick and easy. I made a reservation for today at 3:00, waited for my time and arrived about 15 minutes early. I was informed that it would be about an hour and a half wait. I explained that I had a reservation and the guy at the counter said that it would still be the same wait. I explained that I thought a reservation would 'reserve' a slot in their bay and a tech to do the work. He explained that they take walk-ins and if they fill all the bays then I must wait. Another employee came in hearing the last part of the conversation and confirmed the same story. I of course left my Driver's Auto flyer behind (I'd rather pay $7 more and deal with folks who know how to take care of customers), and let them know they lost a repeat customer! What is the point of making a reservation if you must wait for anybody who simply walked in ahead of your appointed time?"
"I by far had the worse experience at Driver's Auto. First day I got an oil change and I gave them the code to check my car they told me I had a coolant leak. That was not the case when I brought it to them the next day. No one could find the problem. I provided the code for them. They ran a smoke (EVAP) test and could not detect anything; $129.99 went to waste. Finally they tell me I need a $16 gas cap. I was upset I did better listening to Google because Google was smarter and more accurate than everyone trying to figure something out. My car is smoking under the hood. I feel the smoke test should have detected this. Now I have to go pay more money to figure out what is wrong with my car when it should have been all taken care of. When Kyle was there I did not have any problem, everything was taken care of. This is by far my worse experience."
"Never have I been witness to a blantant level of disrespect as was my experience this morning. The manager, Santa Claus, would not acknowledge me until I addresses him. The issue was a concern I had about a stripped oil filter cap, and the charge for labor in replacing it. I was fine with paying for the replacement cap. My issue was that that I had brought my car to change the oil here the last three times and that they responsible for overtightening the part. The technician and the front counter staff were respectful and attentive, as was I. I understood her points, but I asked to speak with the corporate office for further conversation. She said she would speak with them and see if there's anything else that could be done. Santa Claus came out and told her that if he doesn't like it, he could do it himself and started to walk away. I told Santa Claus that it was rude not addressing me. He proceeded to tell me to leave. I shared with the employees how sorry I was that they worked with him. If he had this level of disrespect for me, I can't even imagine how he was with them. The reason I call him Santa Clause is because when I asked for his name, he stated it was SANTA CLAUSE."

I was later joined on the line by a very professional employee named Richard. The service I received was prompt and efficient!
