Uzzell International Ministries
"COSTLY MISTAKE! Went here for years for simple oil changes and tire rotation. Took my truck in for oil change. They finished parked it up front and left it running. I noticed it was running rough and shaking bad. I asked the manager to come and look as well as the technician. They said the battery was bad. I went around the corner and bought a new one. Folliwed the steps to reset the computer several times. Didn't work. Kept calling them and getting the run around. Long story short took it to a real mechanic. Found out they put 10 quarts of oil and it only takes 5 quarts! $400 repair. I asked if they could help offset the cost for their mistake, but the upper management never returned my calls. Not sure if they didn't change the oil an added 5 quarts or actually put all 10 quarts in a d gave it back."
