"They were pretty good in the beginning when they had a knowledgeable staff but my two last trips were terrible. I took my car in to have the engine rebuild. And they had the car for over 3 months. And when I picked it up they lost parts to my air-conditioning unit that they couldn't find a replacement part for the ac so now we have a car with no ac . 2.. I bring my cars in for new tires and they lose one of my lug nuts so instead of putting a new one on the used one with the wrong threads .I didn't find this out until I had a flat tire and had to have The car towed. So needless to say I wouldn't be using this place anymore . This place is POS."

"Yesterday, June 7th i have brought my Jeep to one of Collision center and asking them to check the alignments and they have found two bolts missing… replaced new hubs and one bolt missing in each hubs and would have get into accident few times but i have managed and start seeing it’s getting worse and i decided to take it to well trust auto repair, and found out about two bolts missing! I knew that is from Diamonds Auto repair! I have called and told them what i have found out and said to him” i thought u have professional mechanic! I’ll see a lawyer, taking them to small claim court!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! My husband took his truck here for a lift and new tires and rims. We dropped the truck off the night before as they said they needed it for a full day expecting to pick it up the next morning after the job, giving them the ENTIRE day to complete it. We called in the morning to assure that they had the key and could start working on it; no one would answer the phone for 2 hours so he went to the shop directly and it wasn't even moved into the bay. He was informed that they were waiting for a specific individual to come in to start the work. Okay I get it, they have one guy that solely does lift kits but if it's going to take an entire work day, why is he not in until late morning? My husband calls later to see if it's done and it's only communicated then that they had the wrong part and that they would have to order a new one, taking 4 additional days. Now a week later, I call around 12 the day prior of pick up to make sure that they have the correct parts installed and will put the rims and tires on to be picked up Thursday morning. The gentleman I spoke to reassured me that the truck would indeed be ready to be picked up and it was good to go. The shop opens at 8 am, so my husband arranges a ride to go pick up his truck around 9; giving them more time to make sure everything is complete. Upon arrival, he's told they need an additional hour to complete it. Okay, no big deal just an hour. After that hour, they need an additional hour. After that they need an additional hour and a half. This process continues until 3 pm. He speaks to the owner and he's told that we were scheduled to pick up Friday morning and that's why there was a delay. Completely incorrect. 4 times we were told that the truck would be ready Thursday morning. I confirmed the day before. He was told when he arrived it was only an hour longer. If this were the case, why was he not told that he was scheduled for Friday and needed to come back? Would have been the best professional decision right? The trucks finally completed around 3-4pm. WITH THE WRONG RIMS! COMPLETELY WRONG RIMS! The owner then again blames who they ordered the parts from that they shipped them wrong product.... I can semi understand the lift kit not being correct in a heinous situation, however it should have been very clear when opening the box that the rims were incorrect. They had over a week to get the corrected rims from the first screw up, why was that not done? He is now driving around on the wrong rims, which it's safe to say they will take off and resell as brand new, until Tuesday; when he will again have to take time off of work to have the correct rims put on. I am 100% disappointed in the company. We have made it very clear across platforms to steer clear and to not do business here, as we NEVER WILL again. This shop needs a seriously thorough lesson in business management and communication; not only amongst themselves but also with their clients. Very distasteful customer service here."

"I had them do an alignment on my 1970 Mustang. Special car to me and I am always hesitant to let someone else work on the car. I could not be happier. They treated it with kid gloves and did a great job. Thank you!"

"I've been living with a slow tire bead leak for quite sometime that no one else could seem to fix. I brought it into Diamond on a Saturday for an oil change and to see if they could fix the leak but it was still leaking a few days later. They had me bring it in during the week where one of their senior mechanics looked at it. He found the leak and correctly resolved it, 3 weeks later still no leak. Finally fixed.....Thanks Guys Just to add, this shop has done other work for me including fixing an oil leak, hub replacement, engine misfire issue and always able to fix things and at a reasonable price."
