"If you have a groupon, be ready to wait for 2 hrs. Yes 2 hrs just because you have groupon. I was told that the wait time is about 1hr to 1 and a half. I said that's fine, and I came back after 1 and a half and checked my car but I talk to them and said it wasn't started yet. So instead of going somewhere I started watching my car and it can be done in less than 30 mins. The mechanic (Jesse) also raised the car and stop to put his "hotpocket" in the microwave. Yes eating while working sounds right huh? After he gave it to the other mechanic whete it took another 5 minutes before the other mechanic started it. And they will make you wait in purpose just because you have groupon. If it's not because of groupon I will never go to this shop. Never again, I went with other groupon (car shop) that they will treat every customer the same. With groupon or not.
PS: In the picture he went to get paper towel for his hotpocket before putting it on the microwave."
