Additional maintenance items were recommended and I thanked the technician for letting me know and told him I would review and would schedule it at a later date and felt that he kept trying to push me into scheduling it right away, even though there were budget constraints. My only issue was that I had to keep repeating myself and tell him I did not want to schedule these additional services right at this moment. "

"Horrible service. Guy was very rude and acted like he didn't want me there from the moment he saw me walk in the door.. I felt I received very poor treatment and I left peacefully at first but went back to try talking to the owner he doubled down on it and told me his "friend is black" so they can't possibly treat black people poorly. I was shocked. In 2021, there are still businesses like this in our country."
