"I took my van into this location after researching a few different places. Rob helped me from the beginning of the process to the end. I was certain my high-mile transmission was in distress, and the tests they ran confirmed it. I knew I wasn't going to get out cheaply with a transmission problem, so my expectations were realistic there. However, I didn't anticipate the level of service I received from Rob. He was honest and upfront about the problems and the costs. They found two leaky gaskets, as well. Rob told me what it would cost to fix those and how urgently I needed to address them.
