"Scam artist. Don't believe anything Jeff the bald guy says. He'll tell you whatever you want to hear to get your bis and you to go along. Claimed they were so busy but when I walked in unexpectedly he had a Xbox controller in his hands. Ī dont ķnow Xbox made helpful mechanic tips in their games. This place is a joke."

"Quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and quality service. Price was a little higher than quoted, but quote was before they went into the transmission and they also replaced the rear main seal. Dropped it off on a Wed morning and was ready Thurs afternoon. I feel like I've gotten a quality rebuild and will be bringing my vehicle back for any other repairs that may be needed. Thanks guys!!"

"Had a transmission rebuilt at the Gretna location. It lasted all of 8 months. Was rebuilt a second time and took my vehicle home. The transmission pan had a major leak. Took it back and this process happened two more times before the pan leak was stopped. Now two years and 10,000 miles later the transmission is toast. Found out the solenoid pack on the 45rfe was not changed as i was charged for this along with having a case that now needs helicoil because it was damaged. Looks like other frictions were not changed also."
