"These guys work hard and do the job right. Friendly employees and the owner is very personable. I know enough about cars to get by, but they'll walk you through what they're doing if you're curious. Fairly priced, but I recommend scheduling ahead for any large repairs, because they're always busy."

"We had the transmission in our impala go out. Cottman offered to tow the car in. After taking longer than expected to get it fixed (through no fault of theirs) they offered to make it right. Fixed a couple other things that they found while they had the car apart (that would have cost me much more down the road to tear it apart again). Overall a good experience. My neighbor is a "car guy" and he recommended them to me and I'm glad he did. Will definitely use them in the future. Thank you!"

"Very nice people but terrible customer service. Never able to reach them over the phone. They had our car for over a week and they didn't even realize they hadn't returned it after apparently they finished work on it several days earlier and never called us. They then had to go searching through the lot to find it. Very disappointed with the communication and today after trying to get in touch with them again after giving them another chance to impress us, the phone line has been disconnected. Will probably not take the Jetta here again."
