"I made an appointment through Openbay last week. Called the shop 3 days ago to confirm. Came in today, and they said they donโt have parts. They even said Openbay didnโt send them invoice. I had a valve adjustment and oil change scheduled. They did the oil change, and charged me regular price, not the discounted price from Openbay. Not coming back. Frustrating experience."
