"I seen a vehicle I was really interested in. I sent a request for more info and was contacted immediately via email. They wanted me to come down. I’m 9 months pregnant and I didn’t want to waste my time or the sales man time. So I asked for a quote on the the door. I have a good down payment and was pre qualified but I didn’t mention that part. I let him know I was pregnant and never received a response back. I looked at his signature and he’s the Internet Sales Manager. If he couldn’t get me the information all he had to do was say that. This cost them a customer for life. All good though! Car prices are dropping and I know I’ll find me my perfect car. Communication goes a long way! Thanks for nothing!"

"Acura is so lovely! Comfortable seating, refreshments (free and purchase), and tv. They estimated that my car would be done in an hour and I was pulling out of the lot at the 45 minute mark. The people are friendly, but don’t bother you when you are sitting waiting for your car. I knocked a star off because they asked to wash and vacuum, but the vacuum job was not very thorough in the front- not a huge deal though."
