"My son's car was passenger door was hit in a driveway accident. Car Craft took beautiful care of the door and side. They even brightened his front headlamp. Which was no where part of the accident. The car was sparkly and clean when we picked it up! They were through, and efficient. The front office was clean and staff was polite. We will go again for repairs."
"I brought my car there for repairs on a Monday for some rear damage. They called Enterprise Rent-A-Car and handled the insurance as well. The car was finished in a week and looks as good as the day I bought it. Beautifully detailed in and out. Friendly, courteous and professional staff. Great results and I would highly recommend them to anyone. My only gripe... I had some additional work performed, not caused by the accident and was informed at the time of pickup that it would be cash or a check only. In this day and age, cash or check only? However, they did allow me to take the car and return a few days later with the cash."
"My wife's Infiniti got rear ended on I93, and a friend of ours suggested Car Craft. After we dropped it off, they got the work done in a timely fashion and Wiley made the process quite painless. After we picked it up, we saw the 'new' bumper wasn't on right and the trunk was missed entirely. They attached the bumper, and after we dropped it off a second time for the trunk (that was the result of a miscommunication- mistakes happen, again, Wiley made the process painless) the work was done quickly. We picked it up the second time, and all seemed well. They cleaned the interior and everything looked fine. Shortly after the bumper clip came undone again. It looks like whoever did the frame thing didn't get it straight so the new OEM bumper won't stay on. Today while grocery shopping I opened the trunk and cut my hand on the edge! Whoever painted the trunk left a sharp edge of clear coat along part of the bottom! I'm sure if I called and complained Wiley would again take it in to fix it, but I don't have the time and money to blow on rental car costs while the workers fix (or half-fix) something that should've been done right the first and second times. Meanwhile, my friend is trying to send his car back in for the third time for similar problems. Without some serious proof of them changing their practices, I'm never going back and I'm telling all my friends to do the same."
