"If you need your car fix before the world ends don't call them because that's how long you'll be waiting! They're always "backed up" for a least two weeks then whrn you get there they say nothing was wrong and try to charge you a $50 diagnostic fee it regardless."

"Purchase the vehicle from them in December. I have had to have the motor replaced I am now having to have the transmission replaced can't get anyone on the phone no one wants to answer any questions and absolutely no service when it comes to working on a car
When I arrived and requested to speak with the manager I was dismissed. Now I am going to be calling the main dealership to get my problems fix. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ..... I THEN GOT TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT HE DIDNT HAVE TIME TO CALL CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY REQUEST A CALL FROM HIM. IFI COUKD GIVE LESS FHAN A STAR I WOULD."
