"Good service of the car but the worst customer experience! I was supposed to get my car back in 2 hours. But it took the whole day because "they were running a little behind schedule". They only started work on my car when I called for an update after 2 hours. Worst shuttle service. The shuttle was half an hour late to pick me up. The driver was too sleepy to drive sane. The 2 stars are only for the service of the car. Will not go here again."
"I was told by CarNet that my buttons had to be "reprovisioned," so I made an appointent. I showed up, the guy checking me in said, "it's all on there end. One of our guys went through the same thing, and you have to call them back and maybe even ask to speak with a manager." I called CarNet back, and it was fixed over the phone. I appreciate them for not wasting my time on something that probably wouldn't have made Car-Net work. On top of that, he was nice enough to answer a question about unusual wear on my rotors, and explained that it was the cause of rust buildup from infrequent driving. This checks out, as I maybe drive my car 2 times a week. Great stuff and explained it to me like a human being."
