"Groupon for Brakes and A/C. I called three times, left messages for my A/C. Three days went by, no return call from any of my messages. Went there in person after traveling almost 100 with no A/C. Only saw one mechanic, replacing a head gasket. They would not take me as a walk in, I had to make an appointment. Why not? He told me there's other appointments. Funny, I was the only person there. I asked him again, you won't take me today, he said No! So you're going to make me drive back home another 100 miles with no A/C, he said, Yes! I was scared looking at the surroundings coming into the lot. That made me so relieved that they will not touch my car and I had Groupon refund my money. Worst ever experience I've ever had and the lack of concern of my welfare to travel all this way and sent me home on a hot day with my air conditioner not working. Heartless
Update to their reply:
At no time did the owner state that they were closing. Doesn't take an hour to recharge the air contioning. How can you make an appointment when I called and both time leaving a voice mail. You never returned my call to give me an appointment you require. Worst part was the Employee had no sympathy about sending me back on the road for 100 miles with no a/c. These same business control their feedback, so it's hard to do your homework. Look at the location and this will help in your decision making. Look at the coupon they're charging you. If it's too good to be true, it's most likely to lure you in and then the add on's are coming. It was obvious with me, no compassion, only the big dollar. Beware!"

"This is one of the few places where they don’t upsell anything you don’t need done. I love their transparency when telling you what’s wrong with your vehicle. This is the only local place I trust as I have a Smartcar and not many places know how to deal with my car. Staff is very courteous and honest. Their receptionist is very professional. Overall this is a great local place that won’t rip you off!"

Overpriced. Not trustworthy.
I had good experiences until a new lady started working at the front desk.
She is rude, and on my last visit charged me over $100 more than I was quoted. I was told my service would be $275 total, and I would be paying $200 since I purchased a Groupon. When I arrived, I was forced to pay $295, plus the Groupon cost of $75. This is outrageous for two new rotors and brake pads.
I do not suggest going to beach auto to get any service done as long as this lady is working.
I have had two experiences with her now, and the last experience she booked me for the wrong time, so I was unable to even get my service done.
Carlos, please reevaluate your staff."
