"My ac was acting up out of nowhere . Turned it on and started to hear a rumbling . Didn’t know if I could use my AC . With the temperature being 92 degrees I was really suffering . Looking around for a mechanic was my first step . Called two places before finding this gem. The other two places were not able to squeeze me in but Auto Care Plus made it possible for me to bring my car in right away. I am originally from NJ and came to Maine to clear my mind. NJ is always running on high!! So I can’t express how happy I was to find a quick solution to my car issues. The point of my travels was for me to be issue free. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed with a warm greeting . The receptionist ( beauty with the curls ) I’m sorry I forgot her name assisted me and explained everything thoroughly . Kevin the technician was so informative and full of joy 😁 I felt like I was in the right hands . My husband and I wanted to go for a walk since we had to to wait about 1 hr and half. Before I even picked my phone to call a cab the receptionist come to us to offer their shop car . I was so happy by the service . I would not get this service in Jersey . I’m a customer for life now . P.S My trunk had an issue where it stopped opening. Kevin the technician needed the trunk opened so I opened the back door and pushed the seat forward of my car (Ford Focus 2012) . Then I climbed over my back seats to the trunk to pull the trunk emergency lever from the inside and the trunk then opened. It was a hassle and very inconvenient. This issue was not on the list of things to fix . When me and my husband picked up the car we were informed they fixed the “trunk” issue for us . That was so sweet and I won’t forget the gesture ."
