"Extremely professional service!! The staff has such a great energy, making you feel comfortable and safe. They are definitely helpful as well as genuinely caring. Ashley commincated so well and made it easier for someone like me(who knows nothing about cars) to understand what was going on clearly. They repaired what was needed easily and quickly. I am happy I decided to take a chance with this business. They even went the extra mile to fix some plastic that had been hanging from my car for FREE. "My 2012 Ram had a check engine light on. I scheduled an appointment for a Thursday morning and they had my truck back on the road Friday afternoon! Joe explained everything that was needed and they even have me a ride back to my house! Fantastic customer service, did not up-sell me on anything. "I will add or edit to this review after services are complete. I brought my car here Friday morning I was told they were very busy and would probably be all day. They have a shuttle service to bring me home so that was fine. I received a call just before they closed saying they haven’t had time to look at the car yet and it would be Monday. I believe her name was Ashley (I hope) went to my car, got my baby’s car seat out, and drove it all the way to me! That level of customer service is so unheard of and being a single mom with no family in town this was so appreciated! Thank you!"

"The group at Action Auto are great. My daughter is a full time college student bought her own car with her high school graduation money. Her dad and I bought her a 5 oil change package from the dealership. We took the car in for its oil change and they told us she needed a new transmission. Action Auto fixed her transmission leak and saved her $2500 in unnecessary charges because they didn’t want to take the time to fix the car.
