Rebuilt Transmission (most vehicles): NOTE: Cars, trucks & vans with a manufacturer's rated capacity of one ton and under receive a 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty. EXCEPTIONS: vehicles with manual transmissions, vehicles over one ton, RV's, police/fire/emergency vehicles, vehicles used as/for rentals, taxis, limousine, snow plowing, commercial towing or "high rail" applications (modified for use on RR tracks). These exception type vehicles receive a 12/12 (US) or 12/20 (Canada) warranty. You can identify the carrying capacity by the VIN. On domestic vehicles, the vehicle is eligible for the 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty if the 6th digit of the VIN is 3 or less.

"We were extremely happy that the A/C was fixed... however, the following day it was blowing warm air. They also checked the check engine light and told me that they would get back to me the next day. I don’t know but usually it’s said then and there!! Rather, than having me bring my car the next day to check the a/c service I have to wait the whole weekend... I believe it’s not good work ethic!!! Will see what happens Monday!!"
"Hi there every, if your wondering if this place is a place to go to get work done, I say a strong yes! Amen! Rest assured it's a very nice shop the workers are very nice and helpful and the job gets done right and in a good time and price is fair. If you need a place to fix your car I would suggest don't waste time going anywhere else where they will give you the run-around, rather go here where they will fix it and have you on your way! =] hope that helps you make your choice and God bless you "
"I will never, never, ever use this shop again! $1900 to rebuild my transmission and they broke my fuel line, refused responsibility, couldn't fix it and let me drive away with fuel spewing out the bottom of my van. The home office argued that the fuel line had rust on it. The fuel line was now where even near the transmission so how did it break? What part underneath you car doesn't have rust on it? I had to pay another shop $248.86 to make the repair. Awful!!! I am lodging a complaint with the BBB."
"If I could give zero stars I would . After spending nearly $3000 on repair and them having my car on and off for a month, my car was towed back to my home still not working. Waste of money. Did not respond when BBB attempted to contact them . Horrible service . Uneducated staff."
"I called a few places to decide where to bring my vehicle. I appreciate how I was treated starting with my phone call. My questions were kindly met. A lot of other places were rude and impatient."
