"Had simple items done (Oil change, Cabin filter, mount a tire) so can't speak to more in depth /expensive work. But the scheduling was EZ - they were already aware of it being an Open Bay "order" when I came in so no extra 'work' there to help clarify. Both front desk person & mechanic were very nice/sociable - work was done in reasonable amount of time - No Complaints really! (Wish list = power adapters for electronics and WiFi while U wait)"
