"I came in with a spike in my tire. As a walk-in I expected to have to leave my Grand Cherokee, but Jim took care of me immediately. I opted for 4 tires, so he ordered the tires from across town, he had them balanced and installed and an alignment check and corrections performed and had me on my way in time for dinner. He continually communicated the progress of the repair and provided that “hometown feel” of outstanding customer service. I’ll be back with my other two vehicles should they ever require service.
