"These guys are great. We recently moved to the Surprise area and my a/c was starting to go. I was thinking of going to the Honda dealer but my son convinced me to try the Wilhelm in Surprise because he'd had a good experience at the Peoria store. I stopped in and spoke with Mike to see about making an appointment and he told me he could get me in the next day. I brought my car in and was going to wait until the shuttle guy could take me home. After about five minutes of waiting, Mike told me that the shuttle guy was on a phone call that was going to take longer than expected so he was going to give me a ride. How awesome is that customer service??? I got a call a short time later letting me know what the issue was, how long it would take to fix, and how much it was going to cost. I gave them the go-ahead and a few hours later they were calling to let me know my car was ready for pickup. They even asked if I needed a ride (I didn't). My car is now blowing ice cold air once again. I felt their prices were fair, they did a great job with the repair, nobody tried to upsell me on anything, and their customer service was top-notch. I would recommend Wilhelm Automotive to anyone, and I will go to them with any future automotive needs I have."
