I've been in the area 3 ½ years now and I'm still using Wilhelm Goodyear location for all of my car service needs. My vehicle is not new. She's a 2007 Murano. A great car that I love and Wilhelm in Goodyear has kept her running great! My most recent repair was covered under warranty and I truly appreciate that Jim went back into the old program they use to check to see if my shocks had been done before and they had! "Took care of my car after I hit something in the road. Was also recommended a body shop by them and when I went to pick up my car to drop it off at their recommended body shop, the sales attendant called ahead to the body shop to let them know I was arriving. When I arrived at the body shop, my file was ready, my information for my insurance was there and I was in the shop no more than 30 seconds. Great customer service!!!"
