We found a vehicle and then he introduced us to Alex . We did the numbers and everything looked right. Hands down these two make an exceptional team. "I went in for some part on my Honda that needed fixing and Eddie Johnson the asst. Service manager helped me, he did a phenomenal job. He went above and beyond, he was patient with me and communicated everything to me from talking to my warranty company, to helping get a car rental. And Laura the mechanic did an amazing job as well. "I checked out of my hotel on Sunday morning downtown Tampa and my Honda had no power. I found Westshore Honda online as they were the closest to my location. I was pleasantly surprised to learn their service department was open on Sunday. This is not the case is South Florida. My vehicle was towed to Westshore Honda and I was greeted by Dan Rivera. I explained my situation that I was from out of town and he immediately took charge of the situation reassuring that if it was something they could fix right away he would get me on my way. They lifted the vehicle and he showed me where all my transmission fluid had leaked out as a result of a faulty oil pressure sensor. Unfortunately it was not something that was a quick fix and also it was close to closing time. Mr. Rivera assured me they would get on it first thing in the morning. The next morning (Monday) Mr. Rivera called me to notify me they were already working on the vehicle and that it would be ready for pick up later that morning. I informed Mr. Rivera that I had returned to South Florida and would not return to Tampa until that weekend to pick it up was told that would be fine. The service I received at this Honda Service Department was exceptional and totally exceeded my expectations. Mr. Rivera represents Honda at the highest level and his professionalism reflects positively on the entire Service Team, Thank you Dan and thank you Honda."
