"Everyone at Wagner Kia was very helpful in making my car shopping experience a pleasant one. Brian was with me every step of the way. He took his time with my test drive to ensure that I got to experience different driving conditions. Nobody was pushy, they were willing to work with me until we reached an agreement that I was comfortable with. Everyone went the extra mile from the beginning of the process to the very end to make sure that I was fully satisfied with my new car. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a hassle free car shopping experience!"
"I worked with Shirley, Jeremy, and Joe. They were extremely helpful and so very understanding of my situation. They helped me get the best deal that I could afford for a lease, after having some concerns with the current, older car I had. I am so relieved and so excited to pick up my new leased Forte next week! Thank you Shirley, Jeremy, and Joe!!"
"I just bought a Kia Soul from Steve Crozier and received the BEST Service! I have always had a Nissan vehicle for at least 20 years so it was a big leap to switch! Steve and the folks at Wagner Kia of Shrewsbury got me in and out in record time from the time I picked out my vehicle to signing papers, which was fantastic as you know we all have hectic lives! This was the first time that picking out a car was not painful and hassle free!! A BIG Thank you to the General Manager you made me a "happy camper"!!"

"This is my second Kia since 2014... (Both Sorento's) Both Reps were there to help me through from start to end. Made sure i was taken care of, even after closing. Will def recommend the dealership as well as the vehicle... Thanks Kia Wagner!"
"Had appointment for a couple of recall items. Took off half day from work. Got there at set time only to stand at counter for 15 minutes while only "service writer" ignored me while gabbing with customer about skiing accident he had where he broke his arm. Finally I was waited on. Soon found out that one of the two services could not be done. They did not have the part(s). "Why didn't any one call me?" I asked. "Only ran out an hour ago" he said. "Wouldn't you guys have planned accordingly with Parts Debt. and ensured parts were held or pulled or ordered for everyone with appointments for this service today so customers don't waste there time coming in here?" I asked. No answer. No apologies. No offer to make it right, or reschedule. What kind of training do they provide here? Where are the managers, and what are they doing? I did not want to do just one service and have to come back another time for the other. I will probably be calling another dealer ... further away. This is not the first time I've had a less-than-satisfactory experience. But, to be fair, I've have other visits that have been better. Bottom line ... it's all about the staff, and caring about customers, and wanting to do the best job possible. With some people you get that. With some you don't."
