"They were extremely late to my appt. they did finally call and let me know a new time frame, however they were much later then mentioned. Once they arrived the work was completed, however not finished. When pads are replaced on most cars, you also need to replace the sensors as well (case with my car). Explained that to the tech and he apologized and said he would return the next day to complete. No phone call, no text, no form of contact whatsoever. Would still appreciate that the sensor is replaced so that my light goes off, but more importantly my cars computer system applies the correct amount of pressure to my pads evenly to not only stop effectively, but also to prevent unnecessary wear that won’t be distributed evenly and lessen the life of the pads. "
