"I'm glad that I didn't buy my car from Honda Village. The service is not professional at all!! Al was very nice.. but everything was wrong. I want the special sales on the Honda Odyssey 289$ and 0 down. So Al take me to see the car in the inventory and no car in stock. So we go to the car in the show room and the car it's upgraded and not the model that I want. I want to see the car feature and the batteries off. So he Try a new battery but they didn't work. He wanted to show me the car outside but he didn't find the key. So we skipped to the number and he let me choose the color. after I choose the color he told me that the EX Model is not to stock. And the last car on the show room and give me the price for $389 for months and 2500$ the fee. Because the car have DVD and leather seat . He wants $500 deliver the car, and the car is in the show home in the store. So way 500 $??? Anyway not professional service at all and Consumer Trick to do advertising to product that not in stock!! "
"Recently I purchased a vehicle from these guys and after the sale was made, that's when EVERYTHING went downhill. We scheduled a pick up date and time for the following week and confirmed the appointment the day before... but when I arrived on pick-up day, the salesman was late by 45 min. Furthermore, he was clearly handling another customer simultaneously which I thought was rude and unprofessional given how late he was. In all, it took us over 2hours to get the keys to our new vehicle; the salesman took barely 2min to go over the car functions and how-to's. Next, the gas tank wasn't full. Instead he gave me some paper to take next door to fill up my gas. A few days later, I noticed that there was no registration sticker on my back plates and it was instead placed on my front plate. I called the dealership and they told me just to swap the plates. Well obviously yes, I know these plates need to be swapped since they were put on incorrectly, but given I had purchased a brand new vehicle, I was very, very disappointed at the lack of detail to the most basic of things. No gas in the new vehicle, the plates attached incorrectly, the untimeliness of the salesman on our appointment day, and meanwhile he's trying to make another sale with me waiting for 2hrs+. I've purchased vehicles before and this experience was just terrible. I'd rather pay a bit extra to know that I'm taken care of as a patron. The after-service and consideration once they have your money is little to none. I likely wont return here again except for my first complimentary oil change in a few months."
"Kid friendly. We had to take the kids (4 and 6) they had a kids waiting room, popcorn and there a guy at the front desk who was very patient with the kids and engaging. I was really surprised! "
"Went there because of a recall on my car (for the passenger side airbags). I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly and the service did not take as long as the estimate they gave me (I also got my state inspection done there). There's a nice waiting area while your car is getting serviced."

Shout out to JB, Jason, and the rest of the Village staff that went above and beyond to get the car registered despite the insurer dropping the ball.
