"I walked in with a Performance starter (part # 66256) which I did not know the part number. It was approximately 9:55 pm, I worked my semitruck,I walked in and said, "I know you guys want to home but help me on this one." I searched the pep boys site and got the part number.
Gloria, the manager went into then system with my old number and said, "Ok, we got it." She went to the back to look for it, changed the starter bcs they have to keep the box.
On conclusion, Gloria and her workers did a fabulous customer service for my demand of my goods.
I can thank you too much un chingo (a lot) and deeply appreciate you, Pep Boys Crew."
