"I gave the business one star but I give Moe 5 stars. She was respectful, listened and responded appropriately.
Kim was rude, condescending and was not wearing a mask while less than 6 feet from Moe and the customers.
The company wanted to charge $130 to change out 2 low beam bulbs. The part can be found for between $20-$40 and all that needed to be done was pop the hood, reach behind the light, twist, pull it out, unplug, plug in the new, stick it in and twist. Took me 2 minutes. Must be nice to make $100 in 2 minutes. Also thus was the first shop I have encountered in the past 15 years (with a few fails) who charges full price for a failed inspection. I know it is not required to do this but everywhere else I have encountered charges one dollar less for the fail then $1 when you bring it back fixed. Tune Up Plus wants every penny and will charge you an extra dollar for inspection. Then Kim will argue with you for questioning it :P
Take a look at these 1 star reviews. Tune Up Plus will over charge you and disrespect you when you question them. With the exception of Moe. If I was only dealing with her I might go back."

"Unprofessional save your money. over charges and the new shop manager could care less about his customers just their for a paycheck and also extremely rude. I keep asking him about my parts warranty and he's determined to refuse to look it up on the shop computer. Shady Manager can't be trusted with your hard earned money. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere."

"Great place to get your car checked and or fixed they do a great job and make sure the customer is happy. Moe is a blessing she was there for me when i had to come to terms with having to let my old car go she went out of her way to find me a great place to give my car to and get more money than any other junk places were offering pure hearted and loving soul makes you feel there are still great people out there.
