"I have been to Tuffy's for a couple of small things to be doing. And they have been very professional and very nice. This time when I went in I had a nail in my tire and I made an appointment to bring it in. And they fixed it for free. I was so surprised you don't get that very often from anybody these days. I definitely recommend them they seem to be really nice people"

"I took my Honda civic and Chevy van in 4 days ago for oil change, tire rotation, lube & tire pressure check ( I asked when checking out to make sure they did this and the front desk man said "Yes". I just checked the tire pressures. My Rear Chevy tires are supposed to be 80psi. Why are they 64psi, same as when I took it in? I have read that underinflation could cause overheating, premature wear, even a blow out. And my Honda Civic. Front tires are still low at 22 instead of 33psi as on the door label. All 4 tires on both vehicles are underinflated. Air temp is 58, similar to last Thurs afternoon. It makes me wonder what else they missed. They claim to rotate the tires. But did not do it on either vehicle. Come on, Guys! I've always trusted you to do a thorough job, and it sure looks like you rushed through and cut corners. Especially since I ASKED point blank if you topped off air in my tires. Now I feel like I need to check Everything to see if you really did the work."

They didn't really tell me what was going on which was a little unsettling but tire was repaired so all good. I highly recommend them."
