"I've been going to Tuffy's for five years now and I honestly wouldn't take my car anywhere else for repairs. Every time I've come here the employees have always been kind and helpful towards me even when I brought my car in for a tire alignment an hour before they closed two years ago. They did an amazing job on my car and finished earlier than the time I was quoted. Excellent service!"

I made an appointment for the next day and was promptly met by Ken who wrote up my order and get the job under way. I waited on site for the job to be done and Ken kept me updated as to the progress throughout the process. Ken and his staff were very professional and knowledgeable. The center was clean and inviting. the job was done on time and for the amount I was quoted. I would highly recommend Tuffy on Rocky River Rd!"
