After experiencing a great service, the first time around patronizing Tuffy’s, and saved me some money. Let’s just say the second time around patronizing the business, and dealing with Kyle they made up for saving me money on the first time. Please be aware of their over pricing for parts and labor. After bringing it to Kyle’s attention of the over pricing of parts showing him a price comparison from two different auto parts store, he was not willing to work with me on the price. I will do everything in my power to warn everyone I encounter not to patronize them for any service whatsoever."

"Staff are awesome! Front desk staff very courteous, friendly and I personable. My first visit was for a flat tire. There was a nail in it and the tire had to be plugged. The young man didn't charge me anything. My second visit was for a tire losing pressure and knocked out of alignment after hitting a deep pothole. Again the front desk was awesome, my wait time was brief, and the repair charges were quite reasonable. Way to encourage further business guys!"

"They straight-up lied to my wife. My wife went in for an oil change. They did the normal swindle of checking out other things & recommending repairs we didn't ask for (whatever, I expect that at a new place). They said the car needs a new serpentine belt. My wife doesn't know much about cars, but that's a big red flag to me, since the car has less than 40K miles. They showed her a picture of a frayed belt. We brought the car to our usual guy for a second opinion and not only was the belt NOT frayed, the picture WASN'T EVEN OUR CAR. Absolutely no repair was necessary. Easily the sketchiest moment I've had with a mechanic in the last few years."
