"Erick Joseph was very kind and efficient when I visited the dealership to ascertain what model I would buy in future. I test drove three different models, and he knew I wasn't purchasing a car that day. I returned a month later, having made my choice, and he did his best to find a good deal for me. When the car the color I wanted arrived, he took the time to teach me how to navigate the car's electrical system, even syncing my phone to the system--amazing! I'd recommend Erick to any friend looking to buy a Toyota."
"Great place, I was here a week ago after being told by my local mechanic that I needed something replaced with the problem still happening. Turns out that my local guy SPRAY PAINTED the part he told me he replaced and that the part didn't need to be changed at all They helped with me to tell me the steps to properly go about what I needed to get done to not only get my money back but also fix my car properly. The guy , i think his name was Daniel. Seemed as though he genuinely wanted to help me and that's really all I wanted from my service department. They didn't charge me anything for that one service but I do now come here for all of my regular car needs. They wash and vacuum the car too when you come in, which is awesome."

"I service my Toyota Prius c here. I've had them replace my battery, brakes and brake pads and do maintenance like oil change. I pay a little bit more but do not have to deal with uncertainty like parts compatibility or quality of service. There's no entrepreneurs here try to make an extra buck by. "I had my 2015 Venza serviced at Toyota of Watertown today. My service advisor, David Yaboujian, was great. He explained everything thoroughly and kept me up-to-date on the status of my car. David also did his best to keep my costs down (I needed a new tire because there was a gash in the sidewall -- ugh!). I was treated with respect at all times during my interactions with him. I have been dealing with Toyota of Watertown for over 25 years, for both sales and service, and they have been superb in all respects."
