"I usually rely on a trusted recommendation when choosing a mechanic, but I couldn’t find one for the specific issue with my F-550 7.3 Powerstroke (diesel). After some online research, I decided on Town Center Automotive—not just because of their excellent reviews, but also because of how professionally they handled the rare negative ones. I'm glad I chose them. Ken made the experience as smooth as possible, keeping me updated frequently so I never had to call and ask about the progress. The diagnosis was thorough, complete with photos and a detailed write-up of everything that needed to be addressed, and even though I couldn’t afford to fix everything at once, he worked with me to prioritize what needed immediate attention and what could wait. In the end, I’m very satisfied. Plus, as a veteran-owned business, they were able to offer me a small discount as a fellow veteran. "Everyone was nice enough. The location is way out the way especially if you are surrendering your vehicle. Also I asked them to check for an issue with my transmission. They told me they couldn't recreate the issue. I asked if they had driven the car they said yes! When I got my car back it had only been driven 6 miles!... Total... Photo evidence attached one for drop off milage one for pickup mileage. The warning ⚠️ on the dash was due to my headlight being out they stated they would have to remove the bumper to replace the lights so the quoted price was ridiculous! I was so upset that nothing was repaired but I still owed them almost $200 for their time and the unclogging of a tube in my ac. Anyhow I got a ride there because they wouldn't come get me. I did like that you get a discount for paying cash. 💰 I went and bought the kit to change my headlights it literally took me less than $40 and 10mins total to do both. I made sure to call them and let them know. Lol"

"I am very glad to have discovered Town Center Auto. My recent experience there was surprising and much better than I expected. Their mechanics appear to be competent, knowledgeable and efficient. Their prices are on the low side of standard service costs for auto diagnostics and repair. Well below the cost of a dealership. The time for completing repairs, which is always somewhat uncertain, is standard for a busy shop. But, and to my mind most importantly, their customer service is at a completely different level than almost all other repair shops in my experience. In my opinion, most businesses have only one product to sell that sets them apart from all the rest - customer service. The staff at Town Center obviously understands this vital axiom, has taken it to heart, and made it their greatest strength. I was surprised and very pleased with the level of communication and the honestly and transparency of the whole process of getting my van's problem accurately diagnosed and fixed. I highly recommend giving them a chance to demonstrate that the next time you have a problem with any vehicle. I know that I will."

"There's no reason to go anywhere else. Seriously. I sure won't. These guys are absolute professionals. Top to bottom. Aside from the fact that they do great work, they are so attentive to the customer. They keep you informed as to their progress, and there is always someone there to answer my questions. They're actually eager to resolve my vehicle problems, and they stand firmly behind their work. They're all really good people, and I trust them implicitly. But the big bonus, for me, is that they are a Veteran owned business. As a veteran, I am happy to pass on my strongest recommendation. Great job on my F-150. The best service at a fair price.
