About Tire Pros & Wheel Experts - Stillwater

Tire Pros & Wheel Experts is a premier service center with humble beginnings in May of 2006. Starting with virtually no capital, Jay Andrews Sr. and his two sons (JJ and Judd) set up shop in a single bay, in the back of an old Goodyear Store, in Stillwater MN. With strong will and determination the Andrews’ surpassed roadblocks, becoming recognized leaders in tires, wheels, automotive services and aftermarket accessories. In 2010 they built a second store in Hudson, WI, and in 2012, they built a new location for their Stillwater store.

Each store is staffed with friendly, knowledgeable Service Advisors that are ASE certified and trained with MFG training. Customers choosing to wait while their ASE certified technicians work on their vehicle are welcome to relax in the waiting area and enjoy a free cup of Keurig coffee and free WIFI. Those unable to wait are offered free local shuttle service, or $1 loaner vehicles. A Tire Pros technician performs a free Multi-Point inspection on the vehicle, mounts tires on top-of-the-line equipment, and offers nitrogen tire inflation, road force balancing along with a complimentary alignment check. Tires and wheels are cleaned and shined at every visit, and before your vehicle leaves the shop, the technician leaves a thank you card in the vehicle accompanied with a cold bottle of water!

"Very kind, very nice staff. While I was in having my alignment done an elderly gentleman who must be a regular customer came in. (He was a disheveled gentleman) he had an issue with his window's not functioning; One would not go up and a couple would not go down. He had and older model vehicle. The guys at Tire pros helped him in a very kind manner. They were able to get his window up for him and a quote with how much to fix the issue. I helped the man with a couple bottles of water. This man seemed very pleased with this. THANK YOU TIRE PROS FOR BEING KIND & CURTIOUS TO ALL CUSTOMERS NO MATTER WHAT!! From a grateful on looker. And thank you for a job well done on the alignment! "At first I was not happy with how long it took. I mean I went in for an oil change and got offered the air filter service, which I also took. I didn't think these services should take over an hour. But giving them the benefit of the doubt, I didn't complain and waited patiently for my truck to be done. Then when I got my receipt, and looked closely at it. I saw they had given me a free tire rotation, too. Wow! Other places charge for that service. Now I had found a Groupon for this service, so it was like half price. But even at full price this was still way better, way cheaper and one of the best oil changes I have ever gotten. What a great place! I would recommend using this place they went above and beyond a normal oil change! Normally, just for the oil change would be over $100. So happy with the Tire Pro's & wheel experts! I will be back. Next time for brakes and tires! See you soon!"
