The expertise is better than any message board or regular auto repair shop. The only thing that out weighs the expertise is the HONESTY. "Really appreciate how thorough they are here; typically a shop just drains and fills oil and if you want them to check anything else you have to ask and hope they do it. The guys at Thom's always nod and smile when I ask, and then when we pick up the car they also point out a bunch of little things that I didn't think about. Also very accommodating on scheduling and timing. Lastly I'd heard they were expensive but compared to other shops they've been same/lower every time. Even if they were more money it would still be a good value for the attention to detail and trust you get here."
