"Very disappointed in the service at Rustic Wrench. Seems like they have really good reviews on google but when I bring my wife’s car in to get the A/C fixed they were more focused on the more expensive repairs that were recommended for my car. I paid $100 for the A/C diagnostic service and was told that there was nothing wrong with my A/C even though my A/C was still was not working properly. Now, in the middle of summer I’m left with A/C in my car that doesn’t work at all. So thanks for taking my $100 Rustic Wrench and leaving me stranded with no A/C now for the summer."
