"My Bad Experience!!: Was so that I would have to wait 70 minutes for a tow truck to arrive. Ok no big deal right? Until After 70 minutes you give them a call. Just for him to say the driver will be in touch. Another 20 minutes goes by & the driver calls to ask me where am I located??!! How are you a few minutes away from someone when you don’t know where they are located!! He didn’t know whether I was coming or going!! When he finally put his thinking cap on and listen to the sound of my voice, He realized he was still 40 minutes away!! SMH NEVER AGAIN!!"
