"I brought my car and my wife’s car here on a recommendation from someone who also brings a lot of business here (not anymore). They checked my wife’s check engine light and determined we needed a new Catalytic Converter, a 3 hour install. When we returned, we paid and pulled out of the parking lot and almost immediately my wife noticed a crack on her windshield. She lives a mile away so she pulled into her driveway where we observed they had clearly broken the windshield below the hood, a bad break. We returned in less than 5 minutes and let the mechanic know. The break was below the hood of the engine and contained heat striations in the glass, clearly resulting from the engine access and work just done. The mechanic disappeared to call the owner, and came back and tried to tell us it was a rock. It’s literally impossible that a rock broke the windshield, the break is below the hood and on top of that there are actual heat mark waves in the glass. We were also gone down the road less than 5 minutes. They were incredibly rude to us after this, and we were told the owner would call us later. We never received a call from the owner. You just lost multiple customers and revenue streams because you refused to fix a windshield that your own mechanics clearly and obviously broke. I highly recommend this shop be avoided at all costs, they are incredibly nice until they mess something up and then this place becomes an absolute scam. DO NOT COME HERE."

"This is a horrible shop to take your vehicles to. The only person who knows what they are doing is Don. The manager raised his voice at me, when my daughter had broke down 3 times after having her car repaired by them. They actually told her her car was fine to take the car even though a Warning light was on. It was not there when she brought it in. This place act like they did not care. Even when the car had to be towed into the shop, once again (after paying for repairs). Don't go here... The one star was for the mechanic Don, other wise I would have gave them a big (0)."
