"I had a great experience with Mr. Cai, and he was amazingly patient and thorough. I had quite a few questions about my Smog Check because of an unusual situation with my Smog Check requirement fulfillment along with the fact my car's battery had died recently and I had read online my car might not pass because of it, and Mr. Cai answered them all patiently and thoroughly. The smog check service he then performed went quickly and he processed the paperwork quickly as well. I also appreciated that he wore a mask while servicing the car, and noticed that the shop had plenty of notices up about taking safety precautions as well. I highly recommend this shop and Mr. Cai--it's a welcoming, comfortable, and professional automobile service experience."
