"At Shadetree you will receive a written estimate and a phone call to go over work that is needed. You can approve or deny anything on the list. And most likely you'll have an enjoyable conversation. Russ and I laughed and joked through the process and he was honest about what was a priority and what could wait until later. My experience with Shadetree was amazing. Lisa at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. When I called to find out how things were going I was immediately transferred to Russ, who knew what was going on and was able to explain things very well. I finished up my customer service experience with Brian, who was also friendly, helpful and had a sense of humor as we laughed through the final phone call. I was able to use a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop. When I picked up my van there were cookies on the console. The cookies were nice but the exceptional customer service is the real drawing power of Shadetree."

I had car troubles and in less than 10 minutes a tow truck was there to pick up my vehicle and Adonis arrived to give my girls and I a ride home. They are always on it with whatever car repairs I need. Daniel is great at making sure you always know what is going on and that you are getting the best rate. "I was buying a used car. Took that car in to the shade tree in Layton to do a complete check up to see if the car was mechanically sound. They gave me a report and I told them to fix everything. To go through the entire car and repair replace everything needed. Total bill was $3500. I drove the car five times less than 50 miles and had to take it back in for another thousand dollar repair. Of course it was not under the warranty, So either they did not check it properly or fix it properly. I did not mind paying the initial cost of whatever it took to get the car in top running order. That is not the issue. The issue is I told them to fix everything top to bottom after their inspection. Supposedly they did that and still had to spend another thousand dollars within 30 days. I guess the good news is I got two cookies?? The take away….get 2nd opinions. It’s amazing that these businesses spend tons of money on advertising, social media, to get customers. But if you would just take care of the ones you got, you would probably have more business and spend less money on advertising. 0 out of 10 recommended."

"Go see Russ and the rest of the team at Shade tree. Superior customer service and quality work. I had a tremendous amount of repairs done recently and couldn't be more happy with the work they've done. I know that if I had any issues with repairs done on my car that they'd make it right but I highly doubt that will ever happen at this shop. They'll be my go to mechanics from here on out. Worth every penny!"
