"Service Street in Parker has taken care of my previous 3 cars and presently takes care of our family cars with oil changes, tires and maintenance. They've always been friendly, timely and reasonably priced. But recently, the lift arm on our hatch back broke and we had a terrible experience with the dealer (trying to get it covered under warranty, etc.). I know it's a fairly small part but I walked into Service St. And Richard dropped what he was doing to walk me outside and take a look. He immediately diagnosed the problem and provided a temporary fix so I could safely drive the car. He then got on the horn and called around town to find the part and got it in 2 days. He did all this in about 15 min and gave me a very reasonable quote. He then called a day before expected to say he had the part early and could fix it before the incoming snow storm. Richard was great!! I highly recommend this shop. They are always busy and it seems like a lot of young people work there, but friendly, respectful and reasonably priced. And Richard knows his stuff and fixed it right the first time!"
