"We had just purchased our new to us Honda Odyssey when someone opened their door while I was driving and broke my passenger side view mirror. Major frustration and sadness ensued. I contacted Scruggs who we have been going to for years and they were so helpful. They were not sure exactly what mirror I would need so they asked me to bring it in, sadly we live about 20 mins away and I have a three year old so it's hard for me to get places in a timely manner. I asked if it was ok to send pictures of the mirror and damage by text instead and they were so happy to oblige. I sent the pictures and they were able to have the part ordered and ready for me by the next day. The service the next day was quick and very thorough, they asked if I wanted their guys to do a quick safety check on the car I declined only because we just got the car, but in the past we have really appreciated the check. Overall I am very happy with the service and we will continue to bring all of our cars here for our repairs and maintenance. Love everyone who works there, they are always so helpful and they do a great job of explaining what is going on."
