"I don't normally leave reviews but I'm extremely upset. I took my car in because there was a delay in starting. They did a diagnostic and told me my battery cables were corroded so I needed a new one and an oil change. I authorize it over the phone. A few hours later I get a call asking if I noticed any overheating and I say no. Well supposedly they found a leak in one of tunes of the radiator. I ask how much and I'm told over 400 to fix. I refuse the service because I have had NO overheating problems whatsoever. I'm told that I really need it and I still refuse due to not experiencing this issue. I later pick up my car. And go to drive home and it starts overheating 3 minutes into the drive. How can that be? It was fine when I dropped it off that morning. I take it back and they show me where my leak was. There was no leak the tube was completely disconnected from where the radiator cap was. How did that happen. He said it was a small leak when he told me about it. How did the tube go from a small leak with no over heating to completely disconnected from the radiator cap to overheating as soon as I drive away. They fix it because I have no choice at this point. I don't get a tube replaced that connects from point a to point b on the car. I get a new radiator??? Why? I'm a single mom with two kids who just spent almost a thousand dollars in repairs that wouldn't have happened if I had just gone elsewhere."
