Warranty Overview

I hereby authorize the above repair work to be done along with necessary material and hereby grant you/or your employees permission to operate the car or truck herein described on street, highways or else where for the purpose of testing orinspection. Warranty on parts and labor is 12,000 miles or 12months whichever comes first, warranty work has to be performed in our shop .
by law for emission repair you may choose another licensed facility to perform any needed repairs or adjustment, which the smog check test indicates are necessary.
