"I hit a giant and very unexpected pot hole, which led to my compact car sounding like a diesel truck. We had a pretty good idea of what the problem was but we weren't sure (and if our suspicion was correct, it wasn't something that could be fixed from home anyways) so I brought it in to Samuels. We let them diagnose the problem on their own to see what conclusion they came to and sure enough, it matched our theory! The quote was not expensive at all, they were honest about it being the one part needing to be replaced, and they said it could be fixed within 24 hours at the latest, so I left it there and expected a call back the following day. However, I ended up getting a call back before they even closed that day! Overall, affordable, quick, and trustworthy service!"

He was going to schedule me for a future visit but then took a quick look. Realizing it was a safety issue he rearranged his pretty full schedule to work me in. "Samuel’s Automotive is the best of the best. I’ve had a few issues with my car this year and I go to Samuel’s every time. My engine overheated on my way to Dallas - I had to keep going, but my car got towed to Samuel’s. He took care of everything while I was out of town. He always communicates exactly what he found, what the issue is, and how he plans on fixing it. Jared is so friendly and personable and does a superb job every time. Can not recommend enough."
