"I go to this Meineke regularly and I find their customer service is top drawer!!!
My only criticism is the ability to honor appointment times. There's a reason I book an appointment for a specific time, to get my car serviced. If an appointment time is booked, by any customer, not just me, it should be honored."

"I came in to get my transmission fixed under warranty. They told us it would be ready in a few days but didn't complete the work for more than a week. Turns out they didn't complete the work at all cause the transmission failed three weeks later. So we brought it in again. They "fixed" it in a couple of days. A month later the transmission failed again. Turns out they didn't install it correctly and the seals weren't sealed and it leaked fluid until it failed. So we brought it in again. We wouldn't have if not for the warranty. The manager was rude and acted as if requiring the work to be done correctly was an imposition and he was somehow doing us a favor. He snapped at me on the phone when I called to check on the progress. This was three days later than the day they said it would be done. Do NOT take your car to this location! The only good thing about that shop was the receptionist. She was very nice and the only person in the place that acted professionally."
