"We bought a Smart car for an RV trip. After the trip, we wanted to get it serviced (oil change, lube, filter) and found out that the regular "oil change franchises" (Midas, Monroe, etc) do not have a lift that will fit our "Shorty", and going to the dealer was not an option because of cost. Made an appointment with Henry, and they were ready to go when I pulled in. After 20 minutes, they had completed a safety check and discovered that front brakes were necessary. Since I had mentioned that I would wait for the LOF and had another appointment later, Henry said that they would get me out in time. And they did!! Roggi's is professional, timely, and...nice people to work with!! "Shorty" will only be serviced by Roggi's from now on!!"

"Consistently the best service in town - at tremendously reasonable prices. Wayne, Henry, and the team are transparent on pricing and service needed, and are more than willing to accommodate any requests or concerns their customers have. Case in point - I needed a catalytic converter on my car this week, and rather than charge me for it, they called the manufacturer, confirmed it was under warranty, drove it to the dealership, had it replaced, and got it back for me - for free. I’ve never in my life had an auto repair vendor take that much time to effect great customer service. They are objectively a step above. And, for additional validation, Hartford Magazine has ranked them ‘Best of Hartford’ each year since 2006. Talk about consistency. Put simply - if you’re taking your car somewhere else, you’re doing yourself a disservice."
